I was at Basheer Graphic Books buying some artbooks when this book was slipped into my hands.
Kult Magazine is a quarterly publication based in Asia, and from the address it seems in Singapore. It was established in 2009 and this small book that I have is already issue #15.
From what I can tell, it's actually a free magazine. You just pay for the postage. You can subscribe at http://www.kultmagazine.com.sg
Each issue has a different theme and this issue we have 'Machines'. The contributing artists are from all over the world. The quality of art is pretty good for a free publication. There's lots of talent and creative work on display. All the artists' websites are listed as well so you can check out even more artworks on their website.
